Kiddie Bobs

This is a very easy recipe for kids to "design" their own dinner. You can change any of the items listed to your favorite meat, vegetable, or whatever. It's fun for kids to do and fun for them to eat.
Ingredients
- 4 hot dogs shopping list
- 1 apple sliced into small bite-size pieces shopping list
- 1/2 small bag carrot sticks shopping list
- 1 can pineapple wedges shopping list
- 1 small bag cheese cubes shopping list
- Mini marshmellows shopping list
- shiskabob skrews shopping list
How to make it
- Boil hotdogs on stovetop until cooked
- Boil carrots on stovetop until soft
- Place each item into it's own bowl and set in the center of the dinner table
- Let kids stick the items on their skrews in any order they prefer and use the marshmellows to stick on the point to make it less dangerous (plus it's ends each shiskabob with a sweet treat!)

Great idea, gives me some other ideas about what they can skewer. :-) I have gotten some bamboo skewers and filed down the points. They still work well in skewering without the point.
