Goat Cheese and Olive Skillet

- 3 ounces goat cheese shopping list
- 3 ounces Fontina cheese cubed shopping list
- 1 teaspoon herbes de province shopping list
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce shopping list
- 12 large Greek olives pitted and roughly chopped shopping list
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 500.
- Crumble goat cheese in large chunks into cast iron skillet.
- Add fontina cheese to goat cheese and sprinkle in herbs.
- Spoon tomato sauce over cheese then scatter olives over sauce and drizzle with olive oil.
- Broil 3 minutes.
