How to make it

  • In a medium saucepan bring 1/2 cup of butter to a boil
  • and heavy creme 35% preferable and whip generously for 1 minute
  • turn it down to aprox medium heat
  • then add the brown sugar and mix for a few minutes to brake up the grain
  • add 1tsp of vanilla
  • then add the eagle brand and constantly mix for the remainder of the time until substance is thicker
  • set to cool for an hour
  • rool into dime size balls then drop into icing sugar and refrigerate
  • VOILA!
