Sucre a la creme

- brown sugar shopping list
- heavy creme shopping list
- butter shopping list
- vanilla shopping list
- eagle brand shopping list
- icing sugar shopping list
How to make it
- In a medium saucepan bring 1/2 cup of butter to a boil
- and heavy creme 35% preferable and whip generously for 1 minute
- turn it down to aprox medium heat
- then add the brown sugar and mix for a few minutes to brake up the grain
- add 1tsp of vanilla
- then add the eagle brand and constantly mix for the remainder of the time until substance is thicker
- set to cool for an hour
- rool into dime size balls then drop into icing sugar and refrigerate
- VOILA!
