How to make it

  • On each bagel or muffin half, sprinkle half of the cheddar cheese and cayenne pepper. Top with tomato slice. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over each tomato.
  • Broil 6-inches from the heat for 4-5 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
  • Yield: 2 servings.
  • Nutritional Values; 1 serving Half, Calories per serving: 163, Fat: 5g, Cholesterol: 17mg, Sodium: 319mg, Carbohydrate: 21g, Fiber: 1g, Protein: 8g.
  • Diabetic Friendly.
  • Note: A modified version of the original resipe. I have cut the fat content of the original recipe.
