fresh green bean soup Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • cut up beans
  • cover with water & salt (1-1 1/2 tsp)
  • cook until tender
  • dice & add potatoes when beans are done
  • just before serving add the sour cream
  • brown butter & pour into soup
  • Serve & enjoy!
