French Tamales

Indescribable cheesy yummyness..
Ingredients
- 12 French rolls with crusty outside and soft inside. shopping list
- 2 bell peppers shopping list
- 4 Small white onions shopping list
- 1 Can chopped olives shopping list
- 1 lb American cheese (shredded) shopping list
- 1/4 lb cheddar cheese (shredded) shopping list
- salt and Pepper to taste shopping list
- 2 Hard boiled eggs (chopped) shopping list
- paprika to taste shopping list
- 1/2 C. olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- Slice rolls in half length wise. Scoop out soft insides. Butter inside of roll.
- Mix remaining ingredients and stuff into roll. Replace top and wrap in foil.
- Bake at 350* for 25 min. And serve.
- These are the best comfort food ever, and you can make bread pudding with the bread from the inside of the roll.
