Ingredients

1 white onion chopped shopping list
14 ounces zucchini grated shopping list
1 teaspoon cracked black pepper shopping list
4 chives snipped for garnish shopping list
1 cup water shopping list
2 cups buttermilk shopping list
14 ounces canned creamed corn shopping list

How to make it

Cook onion in small amount of water in large saucepan until softened.
Add zucchini, corn and water then bring to a boil.
Cover and simmer 15 minutes or until zucchini is tender.
Add buttermilk and reheat without boiling.
Season to taste and garnish with chives then serve immediately.
