In Memory of Mom Sweet Corn and Zucchini Soup

                    - 1 white onion chopped shopping list
- 14 ounces zucchini grated shopping list
- 1 teaspoon cracked black pepper shopping list
- 4 chives snipped for garnish shopping list
- 1 cup water shopping list
- 2 cups buttermilk shopping list
- 14 ounces canned creamed corn shopping list
How to make it 
                    - Cook onion in small amount of water in large saucepan until softened.
- Add zucchini, corn and water then bring to a boil.
- Cover and simmer 15 minutes or until zucchini is tender.
- Add buttermilk and reheat without boiling.
- Season to taste and garnish with chives then serve immediately.
