How to make it

  • Step one:
  • Preheat oven to 375°F, Mix flour, butter & pecans together to make a dough. Press dough into the bottom only of an ungreased 9x13in. baking pan. Bake for 15 min., then let cool for 10-15 min.
  • Step two: While step one is cooling, combine powdered sugar, cream cheese & one cup of the cool whip together in a mixing bowl. Spread mixture evenly on top of step one while still warm.
  • Step three: In mixing bowl combine cold milk & instant pudding, mix until well blended. Slowly pour onto step two. Let chill for about 20-30 min.
  • Step four: Spread remaining cool whip evenly over top of step three. Cover and keep refridgerated until ready to serve. Add additional pecans on top if desired.

    Where are you that you cannot get cool whip or pudding...they seem like such a normal staple...lol

    This sounds yummy but I can't get cool whip or pudding here... I'll have to wait until I go home on vacation and try it out!

    This makes 12-15 servings depending on serving size not 1215.
