How to make it

  • In a large baking dish place a layer onion, orange, garlic, then place a layer of meat on top of it. Sprinkle about 1/2 cumin, and salt and pepper. Pour half of beer and soy sauce over it. Then repeat step until meat is gone. Cover and let marinade at room temp for 30-60 minutes. Grill about 6-7 minutes per side.
