Flatbread Lasagna

- 1 lb hot italian sausage,casings removed shopping list
- 1 Tbs extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- 1-1/2 c ricotta shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- 3 c jarred marinara sauce shopping list
- 4 pocketless pitas or naan shopping list
- 2 c mozzarella cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees In skillet,cook sausages in the oil over moderately high heat,breaking up the meat,until browned. Season the ricotta with salt and pepper. Spread 1/2 c of the marinara on the bottom of a deep-dish pie plate. Top with 1 flatbread,1/3 of the sausage and 1/2 c each ricotta and mozzarella. Repeat layering twice more.Add 1/2 c sauce and the last flatbread. Top with remaining 1 c sauce and 1/2 c mozzarella.
- Cover the lasagna with foil and bake 30 mins. Uncover and bake 30 mins more. Let cool for 20 mins and serve.
