Breaded Feta Ham Chicken

- 4 chicken breast pounded thin shopping list
- 4-8 slices of packaged thinly sliced deli ham shopping list
- 4 slices of mozzarella cheese shopping list
- feta crumbles shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups of Italian style breadcrumbs shopping list
- 1 cup of kraft balsamic vinegarette dressing shopping list
- salt shopping list
- pepper shopping list
- onion powder shopping list
- olive oil and butter for frying shopping list
How to make it
- Turn broiler on to your oven...
- in a bowl, add the balsamic dressing. And to a plate add the breadcrumbs. Season lightly the pounded chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and onion powder. Dip chicken in balsamic dressing and coat evenly with breadcrumbs. Coat all chicken breasts.
- Warm a broiler safe skillet to medium low. Add olive oil and a tab of butter to coat. Add the chicken breasts and cook until browned and fully cooked. Top with feta crumbles, and one to two slices of ham on each breast, and a slice of mozzerella cheese. Transfer to broiler and broil until cheese is melted and slightly browned! Remove and serve with your favorite sides~ ENJOY~
