How to make it

  • Turn on some Michael Buble
  • Combine crushed croutons with milk and wine. Wait 5 minutes.
  • Add grated garlic, grated cheese, oregano, chopped parsley, salt pepper and egg.
  • Add beef and sausage.
  • Mix together with wooden spoon until consistent, don't over work.
  • Preheat oven to 375.
  • Cover, let mixture rest for 20 minutes on counter. May let rest for up to 24 hours in fridge if more convenient. But mixture must reach room temperature before roasting.
  • Wash hands with cold water prior to handling mixture to reduce sticking.
  • Create 1.5 inch diameter balls, and place on baking sheet.
  • Bake for 15 minutes.
  • Turn on broiler. From this stage you must watch meatballs carefully.
  • You want to pull them out as soon as the meatballs are no longer pink inside.
  • Enjoy!
