Black Cow Cheesecake

A long time ago, an local ice cream shop made this root beer float with chocolate ice cream. The shop is gone, but the taste remains.
Ingredients
- Use chocolate crust-see crust page. shopping list
- 1 1/2 pounds Philly cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 3/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 3 large eggs shopping list
- 10 ounce milk chocolate, melted & cooled shopping list
- 1 tea. root beer extract (or 1/2 cup flat root beer) shopping list
- 1/2 tea. vanilla shopping list
- 1/2 cup heavy cream shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350^.
- Blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time.
- Fold in milk chocolate
- Add root beer, vanilla and cream.
- Pour into prepared pan.
- Bake at 350^ for 55-65 minutes.
- Let cool completely and refrigerate before serving.
