Ingredients

1lb-ground round or ground chicken

1/2 medium onion

2-garlic cloves(minced)

1/4 cup rice(uncooked

4- dashes-worstirshire sauce

1 small can-tomatoe sauce

1-egg

sea salt and fresh ground pepper to taste

1/4 cup parmeggiano reggiano

catup

4-slices hickery bacon(fry and drain)

4-green bellpeppers

Directions

mix in bowl meat,onions,garlic,egg,worstirshire sauce,tomatoe sauce,salt and pepper, parmeggiano reggiano,mix together with hands,stuff in cleaned bellpepperstop each one with catsup

and bacon

steam for 60
