High Fiber Low Fat Bran Muffins

- 3 c of unprocessed wheat bran shopping list
- 1/2 c of Splenda sugar substitute shopping list
- 1/2 c of brown sugar shopping list
- 1 c of boiling water shopping list
- 1/4 c of unsweetened applesauce shopping list
- 1/4 c of olive oil shopping list
- 2 tspn baking soda shopping list
- 2 1/2 c of whole-wheat pastry flour shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 tspn of salt shopping list
- 1 tbspn of white vinegar shopping list
- 2 c of skim milk shopping list
How to make it
- Get you large mixing bowl and pour the boiling water in and then wheat bran.
- You want to stir it and allow the water to be absorbed.
- You going to want to get another bowl and start mixing in everything else but the milk and vinegar.
- Once everything is mixed together then mix in the bran that you hae with it.
- Mix the milk and vinegar together and let sit for about a minute, then complete by adding it ot the mixture.
- Stir until combined real well.
- Spray your muffin pan with a non stick spray and then pour muffins into it.
- Cook for about fifteen minutes or until done at 350 F.
