How to make it

  • Boil water and cook pasta to aldente or firm
  • use a veg peeler to make long carrot ribbons and add carrot ribbons to pan with the chopped kale
  • in the frying pan add olive oil, butter, onion
  • simmer onion, kale and carrot ribbons till tender and slighty brown the onions
  • now add the juice from one lemon, salt, herbs and honey
  • toss in cooked pasta
  • turn on med hi and cover with a lid and toss often til pasta taste done
