How to make it

  • Mix all the Ingredients in a bowl.
  • Blend well and form round shapes.
  • Pan fry the meatballs in little olive oil.
  • Place them on paper towels.
  • Prepare the sweet and sour sauce.
  • Mix all the sauce ingredients in a sauce pan except the cornstarch mixture.
  • Bring to boil and stir well.
  • Add in the cornstarch mixture while stirring.
  • Continue stirring until the sauce thickens.
  • Add in the pan fried meatballs.
  • Turn off heat.
  • Serve with rice.

    Lordy, lordy, I haven't made this in a donkey's lifetime. I don't think I even have my old recipe written down; that's okay cause they weren't as good as these will be.

    I know, you use Kikkoman and Lea and Perrin's to impress the neighbors. I'm impressed. RJ
