Baked Penne With Feta and Dill

- 1 pound penne pasta shopping list
- 2/3 pound feta cheese coarsely chopped with fork shopping list
- 1/2 stick butter to grease rectangular baking dish shopping list
- 6 large eggs shopping list
- 1 cup half & half shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 1/2 cup dill leaves shopping list
- 5 slices cheddar cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Drain and mix with feta cheese, black pepper and dill leaves.
- Spread mixture into well buttered casserole dish.
- Press with spatula or spoon to make even surface.
- Beat eggs slightly with a pinch of salt.
- Add half & half and milk and mix well then pour over macaroni.
- Decorate with cheddar cheese.
- Eggs half and half and milk should almost cover pasta if not add more milk.
- Bake at 350 for 50 minutes.
- Let rest for 15 minutes before serving.
