Ham Stuffed Mushrooms

- 24 fresh medium mushrooms shopping list
- 1/4c chopped green onions shopping list
- 3T butter shopping list
- 2tsp all-purpose flour shopping list
- 1/2tsp dried marjoram, crushed shopping list
- 1/4c dry white wine shopping list
- 1/2c finely chopped fully cooked ham shopping list
- 1T snipped parsley shopping list
How to make it
- Remove stems from mushrooms, reserving caps; chop stems.
- Cook stems and green onion in 1T butter till just tender. Blend in flour, marjoram, and a dash of pepper; add wine.
- Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly; stir in ham and parsley.
- Stuff mushroom caps with ham mixture.
- Preheat both sides of grill on HIGH for ten minutes.
- Place mushrooms on 20 x 18 inch piece of heavy foil.
- Dot with remaining butter; seal packet securely.
- Turn both sides of grill to MEDIUM; place packet on cooking grids. Close hood and cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
