How to make it

  • Remove stems from mushrooms, reserving caps; chop stems.
  • Cook stems and green onion in 1T butter till just tender. Blend in flour, marjoram, and a dash of pepper; add wine.
  • Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly; stir in ham and parsley.
  • Stuff mushroom caps with ham mixture.
  • Preheat both sides of grill on HIGH for ten minutes.
  • Place mushrooms on 20 x 18 inch piece of heavy foil.
  • Dot with remaining butter; seal packet securely.
  • Turn both sides of grill to MEDIUM; place packet on cooking grids. Close hood and cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
