How to make it

  • Mix all igrediants together in plastic bag and let it marinade over night in fridge or ice box if you are in the bush
  • Barbecue over very hot coles for 2.5min each side or if you do not like rare to medium rare meat then just keep longer on fire.

    Nice to hear from you, recipe works on any meat pork beef lamb game what ever you like and that is the the great part of this marinade. LOL at comment about hand full yes I use my hand when grabbing a bunch then cut and chop

    Long time..No see

    I would ask how the hunting is going,but,I can tell quite well.

    I like your directions on the measurements,as for the spices you have your hands full. :)

    I don't believe that I will be facing an African Kudu anytime soon,and altou I enjoy reading your recipes...for they are different...

    I will have to make this with another type of meat,perhaps elk,or one of the smaller antelopes that we have around here.
