Polish Sausage Stew

- 10 3/4oz can of cream of celery soup shopping list
- 1/3c packed brown sugar shopping list
- 27oz can sauerkraut, drained shopping list
- 1 1/2lbs Polish sausage, cut into 2 inch pieces and browned shopping list
- 4 medium potatoes, cubed shopping list
- 1c chopped onions shopping list
- 1c shredded monterey jack cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Combine soup, sugar, and sauerkraut.
- Stir in sausage, potatoes, and onions.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, or on high 4 hours.
- Stir in cheese and serve.
