What a nice brunch-lunch sandwich. Soon you can sit on your patio or porch with 2 glasses of fresh lemonade and enjoy time with your partner.
Ingredients
- Ingredients: shopping list
- 2 cucumber shopping list
- 12 oz cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 6 green onion tops, chopped shopping list
- 2 thin slice red onion shopping list
- 1 Cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 4 Slices of bread shopping list
- Dash garlic salt shopping list
- Dash pepper shopping list
- Tabasco to taste shopping list
How to make it
- How to make Cucumber Sandwich:
- Wash and grate the cucumber properly.
- Allow to drain over a paper towel.
- Mix cheese, mayonnaise, onion, tabasco, salt and pepper.
- Add cucumber and mix well.
- Spread on a bread slice.
- Cover with another slice.
- That's it! Enjoy!

delicious! now i am getting very impatient for summer and the garden!!!!!! thank you so much, i can't wait to try these. i would right now but cucumbers seem to be a crapshoot. got a couple yesterday for salad and dang were they bitter....

Another summer favorite. We also used to eat radish sandwiches - especially good fresh from the garden. The sun is peaking today and I have an English cuc in the fridge - I think that will be my lunch.

Oh yes, these sandwiches are delicious. I had them when I was young with watercress added. Absolutely a HIGH five winner.
