Spinach And Ham Lasagna

- 8 lasagna noodles shopping list
- 3 c. milk shopping list
- 1/3 c. white onion, diced shopping list
- 1/4 c. cornstarch shopping list
- 12 oz. smoked ham, cubed shopping list
- 1 tsp. italian seasoning shopping list
- 2 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed,drained(squeeze it) shopping list
- 1 1/2 c. ricotta cheese shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 1/2 c. mozzarella, shredded shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375
- cook lasagna noodles accordingly,drain, rinse, drain again
- mix the ricotta and egg, set aside
- for sauce;
- in a medium saucepan combine the milk, onion, cornstarch.
- cook and whisk until thick and bubbly, cook and whisk 2 min. more
- spread about 2 tblsp. of the sauce evenly on the bottom of a 3 qt. casserole dish
- stir the ham into the remaining sauce
- arrange half of the lasagna in the dish
- spread with about a third of the sauce
- top with the spinach
- top with another third of the sauce, the ricotta/egg, and half of the mozzarella
- place remaining noodles on top of this, top with final third of the sauce and the other half of the mozzarella
- bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes, or until heated through
- let stand 10 minutes before serving
