How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375
  • cook lasagna noodles accordingly,drain, rinse, drain again
  • mix the ricotta and egg, set aside
  • for sauce;
  • in a medium saucepan combine the milk, onion, cornstarch.
  • cook and whisk until thick and bubbly, cook and whisk 2 min. more
  • spread about 2 tblsp. of the sauce evenly on the bottom of a 3 qt. casserole dish
  • stir the ham into the remaining sauce
  • arrange half of the lasagna in the dish
  • spread with about a third of the sauce
  • top with the spinach
  • top with another third of the sauce, the ricotta/egg, and half of the mozzarella
  • place remaining noodles on top of this, top with final third of the sauce and the other half of the mozzarella
  • bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes, or until heated through
  • let stand 10 minutes before serving
