Happy Easter - My Sweet Pear X

- 1 pear cut in half - cored deep for filling shopping list
- 1 cup of boiling water- shopping list
- 1 Rosehip and hibiscus tea bag shopping list
- 2 cut out pieces from my Yin Yang Surprise cake - or your choice. shopping list
- chocolate chips shopping list
- yogurt shopping list
How to make it
- Insert the teabag into a small saucepan of boiling water.
- Add the pears into the tea and poach for 3 minutes. (save 1 tablespoon of tea juice for the cake croutons)
- Simmer gently for 3 minutes (the tea flavors the mild pears to give a slight tart edge.
- Display the chocolate chips on a serving plate first.
- Drizzle half tablespoon of the tea juice onto each crouton.
- Place the pears then the croutons in the pear centres.
- Add yogurt and two chocolate chips for the eyes. Happy Easter - My Ssweet Pear X
