How to make it

  • flatten all the dough evenly
  • put the medium size wheel of brie in the center
  • take orage zest set aside
  • with the 1/2 of cranberry and juice from the orange and a bit of zest
  • then add maple syrup and mix
  • then pour onto the brie
  • top it off with a few pecan
  • and wrap entirely with the pastry making sure all is covered
  • then add some pecan on top and orange zest
  • add in the oven @ 350 for 20 minutes
  • or until golden
