How to make it

  • In bowl combine pancake mix, water, eggs and 1 tablespoon sugar then mix well and set aside.
  • In small bowl combine 1/4 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon and set aside.
  • Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and sauté pears until tender.
  • Place 1 teaspoon of butter and 1 teaspoon of brown sugar in each ramekin then place in oven.
  • When butter and brown sugar have melted spoon in sautéed pears.
  • Top with pecans and raisins then pour 3-1/2 tablespoons batter over pears.
  • Sprinkle sugar cinnamon mix over batter and bake at 450 for 12 minutes.
  • Top with raspberry syrup and vanilla yogurt.
