Salsa Chicken Tostadas

Easy and yummy chicken tostadas.
Ingredients
- 1 lb. boneless,skinless chicken breasts,cut in 1/2" pieces shopping list
- 1/2 c water shopping list
- 1 pkg (1-1/4 oz) taco seasoning mix shopping list
- 1 c refried beans,warmed shopping list
- 4 tostada shells(6") 1/2 c finely shreeded 4 cheese blend shopping list
- 1 c shredded lettuce shopping list
- 1 avocado,chopped shopping list
- 1/4 c medium salsa shopping list
- 1/4 c sour cream shopping list
How to make it
- Cook and stir chicken in lg. non-stick skillet on med-high heat 3 mins. or till no longer pink.
- Add water and seasoning mix;simmer on med-low heat 5 mins or until chicken is done and sauce thickened,stirring occasionally. Spread beans onto tostada shells;top with layers of chicken mixture and remaining ingredients.
