Easy Dijon Chicken

- 4 - 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts shopping list
- 1 24oz bottle Italian dressing shopping list
- 1 32oz jar mayonaise shopping list
- 4 tablespoons Dijon mustard shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Combine mayonaise and dijon mustard thoroughly.
- While mixing, slowly add in Italian dressing until creamy and slightly thick.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Reserve 1/2 cup of mixture to serve with chicken.
- Place chicken in a resealable plastic bag and add mixture.
- Be sure to coat chicken completely.
- Marinade in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, overnight is best if you have time.
- Shake off excess dijon mixture and grill over medium heat until cooked through.
- Or, add chicken and mixture to a large glass baking dish and cook at 350 in the oven until done. (30 to 45 minutes).
- Serve with rice pilaf and reserved dijon mixture.
