How to make it

  • Combine mayonaise and dijon mustard thoroughly.
  • While mixing, slowly add in Italian dressing until creamy and slightly thick.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Reserve 1/2 cup of mixture to serve with chicken.
  • Place chicken in a resealable plastic bag and add mixture.
  • Be sure to coat chicken completely.
  • Marinade in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, overnight is best if you have time.
  • Shake off excess dijon mixture and grill over medium heat until cooked through.
  • Or, add chicken and mixture to a large glass baking dish and cook at 350 in the oven until done. (30 to 45 minutes).
  • Serve with rice pilaf and reserved dijon mixture.

    Seems like alot, I know, but it balances the flavor of the Italian dressing in the marinade.
