Mashed Potato Hush Puppies Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • Mix mashed potatoes and beaten egg together.
  • Add flour and seasonings
  • Blend completely
  • Drop by dollop, 1 inch in diameter into hot oil and fry until golden
  • Scoup out and let drain
  • My grandkids ask me to make funny shapes then they try and figure out what each one looks like.
