Coffee Cookies

Perfect with a cup of coffee.
Ingredients
- 1 stick of butter shopping list
- 1 package of cream cheese shopping list
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour shopping list
- 1/2 cup wheat flour shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder shopping list
- 3 teaspoons instant coffee shopping list
- 2 teaspoons cocoa powder shopping list
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 24 chocolate kisses shopping list
- mini muffin tins shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
- Beat together all the ingredients.
- Place the dough in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Roll little balls from the dough and place them in mini muffin tins.
- Press a chocolate kiss in the center of each dough ball.
- Bake the cookie dough balls in a 325 degree oven for 20-24 minutes.
