Buffalo Stew

- 2 lbs of Bison stew meat shopping list
- 1 lb of carrots shopping list
- 8 oz. of onions shopping list
- 2 lbs of red potatoes shopping list
- 2 stalks of celery shopping list
- gallon water shopping list
- 1.5 tsp of Worcestshire Sauce shopping list
- 2 cloves of garlic shopping list
- 1.5 tsp of paprika shopping list
How to make it
- First you want to brown the buffalo meat on high flame (approx. 3 minutes).
- Then you can combine all ingredients except vegetables
- You want to now cover and cook on low flame for approx. 3 hours
- Then you can add vegetables and cook for an additional 30 minutes
- Now you will need to adjust flavor and color by adding beef base
- Then for a thicker sauce add cornstarch until attaining desired texture
