How to make it

  • First you want to brown the buffalo meat on high flame (approx. 3 minutes).
  • Then you can combine all ingredients except vegetables
  • You want to now cover and cook on low flame for approx. 3 hours
  • Then you can add vegetables and cook for an additional 30 minutes
  • Now you will need to adjust flavor and color by adding beef base
  • Then for a thicker sauce add cornstarch until attaining desired texture
