Ingredients
  • 2 lbs of Bison Stew Meat
  • 1 lb of Carrots
  • 8 oz. of Onions
  • 2 lbs of Red Potatoes
  • 2 stalks of Celery
  • gallon Water
  • 1.5 tsp of Worcestshire Sauce
  • 2 cloves of Garlic
  • 1.5 tsp of Paprika

Directions
  1. First you want to brown the buffalo meat on high flame (approx. 3 minutes).
  2. Then you can combine all ingredients except vegetables
  3. You want to now cover and cook on low flame for approx. 3 hours
  4. Then you can add vegetables and cook for an additional 30 minutes
  5. Now you will need to adjust flavor and color by adding beef base
  6. Then for a thicker sauce add cornstarch until attaining desired texture
