Biscuits and Gravey To Go

This dish is quick, easy to eat on the go and delicious, we make it for my little sisters vollyball team when they play all day tournaments the girls and their families love it.
Ingredients
- sausage shopping list
- sharp cheddar cheese (shredded) shopping list
- cream cheese shopping list
- Canned Buscuits shopping list
How to make it
- Pre Heat oven to 375
- Brown Sausage
- For every Lb of sausage add 1 pkg of cream cheese
- Warm cream cheese and mix it into browned sausage
- Flatten out biscuits
- Cut into 4ths
- Spray non stick spray in mini muffin pan
- Put a 4th of the biscuit into every mini muffin spot
- Put a spoon full of sausage cream cheese mix in on top of the biscuit
- Then top with sharp cheddar cheese
- Put into the oven for 10 mins or until biscuits are golden brown
- If traveling you can line a big crock pot with foil and put them in and keep them warm
