How to make it

  • Pre-heat oven to 350ยบ F. Combine flour, granulated sugar, 3 T. cocoa, baking powder & salt in medium mixing bowl. Stir in milk & vanilla extract. Spoon batter into 9in. square baking pan. Combine Lt. brown sugar & remaining 3 T. cocoa; sprinkle over cake batter. Pour hot water over batter-DO NOT STIR.
  • Bake for 40 min. or until cake sprinkgs back when lightly touched in center. Serve warm.
