How to make it

  • Cut fillets into 1 1/2" long pieces 1" wide. Layer olives and vegetables in bottom of pie shell. Lay fish evenly over vegetable mixture. In a seperate bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Mix well; pour over fish. Place on baking sheet with sides. Fill sheet with 1/4 inch of water. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes
