How to make it

  • Combine butter, chives, dill weed, and lemon juice in small mixer bowl, beating at medium speed for 1 to 2 minutes, scraping sides often, making it light and fluffy.
  • Spread 1 Tbsp seasoned butter evenly on each ear of corn.
  • Wrap each ear in double thickness heavy-duty aluminum foil; tightly sealing top and sides. Turn every 5 minutes until done about 20 to 25 minutes.
  • Serve with additional seasoned butter.
