Ingredients

How to make it

  • In a large pot, cook ground turkey and onion over medium-high heat, 8-10 minutes; drain well.
  • Add garlic and green pepper, and cook 1-2 minutes.
  • Stir in all beans, corn, diced tomatoes (with liquid), tomato sauce, water, chili powder, tabasco sauce (if using), and salt.
  • Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low.
  • Cover and simmer 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Serve topped with cheese and sour cream
  • NOTE: This is NOT a spicy chili. Add spice to suit your tastes.

This is simmering "as we speak" and I wish you could smell the wonderful aroma coming from my kitchen. Taking it to a neighbor who had Sx for carpal tunnel. My DH did the taste testing and asked if it really had to go! Piglet. Especially like the prospect of making it as spicey as you like or not spicey at all. Keeper. Big high 5!!
