How to make it

  • Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup of the br. sugar & melted butter until well blended
  • Press into bottom of 9" square cake pan
  • In mixing bowl, combine pumpkin, 1/2 cup br, sugar, salt cinnamon,nutmeg, & cloves.Fold in softened ice cream.
  • pour ice cream mixture into crumb crust
  • Cover , Freeze until firm (2-4hrs)
  • Before serving sweeten whipped cream with the powdered sugar & add cinnamon. Blend well
  • Cut frozen dessert into 3" squares. Top with whipped cream & toasted pecans
  • "THEN ENJOY"

    Don't think you need #8 in the directions, that will happen all on its own. Looks like the recipe my mom made when I was a kid.
