Pumpkin Parfait Squares

- For 1 9" pan you will need : shopping list
- Crumb Crust_ shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs shopping list
- 1/4 cup br. sugar, (well packed) shopping list
- 1/4 cup (melted) butter shopping list
- Filling: shopping list
- 2 cups (1can 16 oz) oumpkin shopping list
- 1/2 cup br. sugar shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1 tsp.cinnamon shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg shopping list
- (Dash cloves) shopping list
- 1 qt. softened vanilla ice cream shopping list
- 1 cup heavy cream whipped shopping list
- 2 Tbsp, powdered sugar shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon shopping list
- 1/2 cup toasted chopped pecans shopping list
How to make it
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup of the br. sugar & melted butter until well blended
- Press into bottom of 9" square cake pan
- In mixing bowl, combine pumpkin, 1/2 cup br, sugar, salt cinnamon,nutmeg, & cloves.Fold in softened ice cream.
- pour ice cream mixture into crumb crust
- Cover , Freeze until firm (2-4hrs)
- Before serving sweeten whipped cream with the powdered sugar & add cinnamon. Blend well
- Cut frozen dessert into 3" squares. Top with whipped cream & toasted pecans
