Chili Glaze For Barbeque

- 1 tsp ground cumin shopping list
- 3 cups apple cider shopping list
- 3 tbsp chili sauce shopping list
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard shopping list
- 2 tsp worchestire sauce shopping list
- kosher salt and ground pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat,
- Simmer for about 30 minutes or until reduced to about two cups.
- Cover and set aside for basting later while cooking whatever beast you picked.
- This amount of sauce will cover about 2 good sized racks of ribs, say 6 lbs or so.

This should be nice. The cider should make it naturally sweet. Never thought about using cider but my taste buds say yes. RJ
