- Homemade Muesli shopping list
- Bulk mix includes: shopping list
- 1/2 kg of wholemeal instant oats shopping list
- 1/4 kg of allbran shopping list
- 1/2 cup of sunflower seeds or your favorite. shopping list
- 1/4 cup of crushed nuts (a packaged mix of soy, linseed, sunflower, almonds. shopping list
- Muesli for 1 person: shopping list
- 3 Tablespoons of homemade muesli from above shopping list
- 2 chopped dates shopping list
- 1 chopped medium apple with skin on shopping list
- 3 whole pitted prunes - preservative free shopping list
- 1 tablespoon natural yogurt or your choice shopping list
- 1 sprig of chopped parsley shopping list
- 1 cup boiling water shopping list
- 1/4 cup soy milk shopping list
How to make it
- Place 1st two idry ingredients into a bowl
- Pour boiling water on and wait for 2 minutes - while chopping up the dates and apples
- Add apple, prunes, yogurt and top with parsley. Enjoy
