Chicken Balls

- 2 Cans seamless sheet croissant dough shopping list
- 2 sheets wax paper shopping list
- 1 package chicken breast tenderloins shopping list
- 1 can drained (or 1/2 bag frozen) mixed vegetables shopping list
- 1 tbsp flour shopping list
- 3 tbsp olive oil shopping list
- 2 tbsp italian seasoning shopping list
- 1 tsp garlic powder shopping list
- 1 can broccoli and cheese soup, condensed shopping list
- 1 bag shredded mozzarella cheese shopping list
How to make it
- In a microwave safe dish lay out chicken breast strips, be careful not to overlap. Top with 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp italian seasoning, and 1/2 tsp garlic powder. Cover and microwave on high for 2 1/2 minutes.
- In a seperate bowl combine vegetables, flour, remaining oil, garlic powder and seasoning. Mix well.
- Lay out croissant sheets on wax paper. Cut each sheet with a pizza cutter into 6 equal square pieces.
- Remove chicken from microwave and after cooling, drain (save drippings) and shred into small bite size chunks. Combine chicken with veggie mixture and spoon two spoonfuls onto middle of croissant squares.
- Bring corners of croissant squares together on top of mixture making sure to seal off any holes. Pat down to round off top.
- Place in a 9x11 glass pan.
- Combine drippings from chicken and broccolli and cheese soup. Spread soup to cover completely over Chicken Balls.
- Bake @ 400F for 45 min to 1 hour uncovered. If dough doesnt cook through completely finish in the microwave for 1-2 minutes.
- Top with mozzarella while still hot.
