How to make it

  • Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a medium-sized bowl with a lid.
  • Chill in refrigerator for minimum 1 hour. Serve with french bread.

    After thawing out the spinach, I would recommend placing the spinach in a clean dish towel and squeezing out the excess moisture. Other than that this is and excellent dip!
