Spanish Chicken

- 3 to 4 pounds of chicken parts ( I removed excess fat and skin) shopping list
- seasoning to taste: i used cajun spice shopping list
- 1 can beer shopping list
- 1, small can tomato paste shopping list
- 1 small jar spanish salad olives ( I omitted and used 1 can of green chiles ) shopping list
- Gravy: see instructions shopping list
How to make it
- Season chicken
- Mix beer with tomato paste and pour over chicken
- Add olives with the liquid: I omitted and opted with the green chilies
- Cook low 7 to 9 hours till tender ( crockpot )
- I cooked high about 4 to 5 hours ( crockpot )
- When chicken is tender, remove from pot.
- Sift in 1/4 cup flour and cook and stir over high until thickened till desired
- Serve over chicken
