Ingredients
  • 2 (12 oz.) cans of whole kernel corn
  • 2 1/2 tbsp. of cream cheese
  • 1 tsp. of garlic salt
  • 1 tsp. of ground black pepper
  • ground cayenne pepper to taste
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • 1 clove of minced garlic
  • 1/4 c. of chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp. of margarine
  • 3 tbsp. of all-purpose flour
  • 2 1/2 c. of milk
  • 1 c. of chicken broth

Directions
  1. First you wan to take a large pot over medium flame.
  2. Saute the onion, garlic, parsley, and the butter approx. 5 min.
  3. Now add in the flour, whisking into a pasty mix.
  4. Now add in the corn and cream cheese and let through.
  5. Add in your garlic salt, pepper, and cayenne and ladle and serve!

Details, details, details. When do you add in the milk and broth?
With a whole teaspoon of black pepper there is no need to add any cayenne.
Overall a good recipe. I added a chopped up bell pepper. Picture included.
