Holiday Mashed Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients

potatoes

Sour Cream (the normal 2c container)

Cream Cheese (normal sized block of it)

Milk (varies...just to loosen potatoes)

Directions

Peel, cook and drain potatoes just as you would for traditional mashed potatoes.

Mash potatoes with sour cream, cream cheese and milk to loosen the mix.

Place in a greased pyrex-type dish.

Bake for 30 min at 350 degrees or until top is crusty.

Serve and enjoy!

I make these all of the time. Sometimes I add sliced green onions, garlic and parmesan cheese. Yummy!
