How to make it

  • Peel, cook and drain potatoes just as you would for traditional mashed potatoes.
  • Mash potatoes with sour cream, cream cheese and milk to loosen the mix.
  • Place in a greased pyrex-type dish.
  • Bake for 30 min at 350 degrees or until top is crusty.
  • Serve and enjoy!

    I make these all of the time. Sometimes I add sliced green onions, garlic and parmesan cheese. Yummy!
