My sister and I bbq oysters when we get a dozen or 2.
Don't really have a setting of amount, etc. Just go what you taste.

Ingredients
- Dozen or 2 Oysters
- 1 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 1/4 cup hot sauce, or taco sauce
Directions
- Combine butter/margarine & hot sauce.
- Fire up bbq grill, til nice and hot
- Layer oysters over the grill, til you can open the shells.
- After take half shell off, pour a spoonful of butter mixture over the oysters.
- Grill til done.
- Enjoy
