How to make it

  • Heat the cooking oil in a pan and saute garlic and onion.
  • Add pork, season with salt and pepper. Cook until it turns light brown.
  • Pour in soy sauce. Mix well with the pork.
  • Add water and simmer until the pork is tender.
  • Add Laurel/Bay leaves.
  • Add liver. Stir.
  • Add vinegar and simmer for 10 minutes. (do not stir).
  • Add the carrots and simmer for 3 minutes.
  • Add green peas and bell peppers.
  • Simmer. Allow the water to evaporate until the sauce thickens.
  • Season with more salt and pepper to suit your taste.
