Got this recipe from a co-workers wife who was a Super Spanish cook
It's a smooth custard with a caramelized sauce

instead of using a can of water use a can of regular milk or evap milk.. and try brown sugar for the carmelization. (mixing up in blender makes it nice and smooth ).mixing up the egg whites and yolks seperate then adding to blender makes it SUPER smooth and creamy just another way of making this with a spanish/mexican flair
