Ingredients

How to make it

  • Beat the egg white until stiff.
  • Stir in sugar, vanilla and salt.
  • Beat for a few more seconds.
  • Combine coconut, oats and cornflakes.
  • Mix dry and wet ingredients.
  • Drop tsps of dough 2 inches apart.
  • Heat oven to 350F.
  • Grease pan or use parchment
  • Bake for 10 min or lightly browned.

    There are so many recipes for these cookies. I don't know which one to make. One calls for 1 egg white and another one has pumpkin and sunflower seeds. Which one is the original from the Kellogg box. Does any know?? And have the tried the both to see which ones r the best.
