Berries and Pears

This is very simple.... too simple maybe, but can be a very elegant addition to your dinner. My daughter calls it "Fancy Fruit".
Ingredients
- 1 firm D'Anjou pear shopping list
- 1 pint Frozen Red raspberries shopping list
- Half and Half shopping list
- Raw Wildflower honey shopping list
How to make it
- Slice pear lenthwise and remove core . Cut into six to eight slices, then cut slices into chunks,
- Divide evenly between 6 dessert cups.
- Divide frozen berries between dessert cups.
- Pour Half and Half over the fruit - half way full in the cups.
- Drizzle with honey.
- Set them on the table when you serve dinner, and the half and half will freeze on the berries and pears and make an almost "ice cream" dessert.
