Ingredients

How to make it

  • Boil rice and 1 tablespoon of grated beetroot in water until cooked.
  • Add ginger and parsley. Cook for 1 minute
  • Add honey and stir
  • Add egg and stir gently
  • Take off the stove and stand for 1 minute
  • Add fresh lemon juice
  • Add miso and stir gently (don't cook the miso - it'll kill the lively vitamins.)
  • Serve in a bowl
  • Add raw grated beetroot and parsley garnish.
